Business hours and fees vary by service counter. Please check them before visiting.

Make a request at a “Hands-Free Travel Service” counter located at train stations and commercial areas.

Enjoy sightseeing in comfort without the burden of carrying baggage. (Tourist information services are also available at the counter.)

Pick up your baggage on the same day.
Pick up your baggage at the same counter before it closes for the day.

Precautions for use
- When picking up your baggage, you will need to exchange your "requester's copy", so please be sure to bring it with you.
- The number of days you can store buggage varies depending on service counter.
- There are some items that cannot be kept.
- Refrigerated items cannot be kept.
