  • For same day redelivery of TA-Q-BIN parcels, requests must be completed by 5:40pm.
  • Redeliveries may not be delivered on the specified date and time due to disasters, traffic conditions, etc.
  • If you want to cancel a redelivery request, please contact Customer Service Center.
  • If redelivery cannot be arranged using the automated phone service, please call 03-6757-1061 (9:00 to 18:00, 365 days a year).

③ Select your desired delivery date

  • For same day delivery, press 3
  • For delivery on a later date, enter the desired date in MMDD format(e.g. For April 1, enter0401)
④ Select your desired delivery time zone

Enter your desired delivery time zone.

  • No preference (same day or later date), press 0
  • Specify delivery time zone
    • For AM, press 1
    • For 14:00 - 16:00 2
    • For 16:00 - 18:00 3
    • For 18:00 - 20:00 4
    • For 19:00 - 21:00 5
⑤ Enter your phone number Enter a phone number where you can be reached.
⑥ Request accepted Your request has been accepted. A Sales Driver will redeliver your parcel at the specified time.
