Delivery Process

By two days prior to your departure date (three days in some areas) Please drop off your bag by the "Sending Deadline."
  • *The "Sending Deadline" varies depending on the drop off counter.
By the day before your departure date We deliver to all major Japanese airports.
On the day of departure Parcels can be received at participating counters.
When returning home

Please drop off your carry-on bags at participating counters in the airport. When going home, you can travel conveniently without the hassle of carrying your luggage, writing a waybill or paying additional fares.
  • *The return service can be used up to one month from the day your drop off your luggage.
  • *The Sales Office Pickup Service cannot be used for the return service. However, Yamato Transport Sales Office pickups are available if a Yamato Transport Sales Office is specified as the destination.

When not using Round Trip TA-Q-BIN

To send carry-on bags, perform sending procedures at participating counters in the airport.
  • *Time Zone Delivery Service and Cash on Delivery Service are not available when sending to airports.

How to receive parcels

Before visiting the designated Yamato Transport Sales Office, please use the parcel tracking system to confirm that the delivery status is "Waiting for Customer Pickup."

What to bring to Sales Office

Recipient Personal ID (driver's license, health insurance certificate, student ID, passport, employee ID, credit card, cash card, etc.) and personal seal
Proxy Family member: Personal ID and personal seal of the proxy
Friend, etc.: Personal ID (copy acceptable) and seal of the receiver

Precautions

The day and time which parcels can be picked up differs according to each Sales Office. For more Information, please see the web page of your desired Sales Office.
If no one comes to pick up the parcel one week from delivery, the parcel may be returned to the sender. Customers must pick up all parcels delivered to the Sales Office which are addressed to them.

Waybills are available at nearby Yamato Transport Sales Office, convenience stores and TA-Q-BIN Agencies.

Precautions

  • Airport TA-Q-BIN is insured up to 300,000 JPY (tax included) per parcel.
  • When receiving parcels at the airport counter, the parcels will be exchanged with the "Sender Receipt" of the waybill. Make sure to bring the receipt with you.
  • This service may not be available at some convenience stores.
