Precautions

  • Compared to regular TA-Q-BIN, one additional day is required for Golf TA-Q-BIN, Ski TA-Q-BIN, Airport TA-Q-BIN and Round Trip TA-Q-BIN for accommodation facilities.
    Please request delivery of parcels so that they arrive one day prior to the intended date of usage.
  • Pickup and delivery on the specified dates and times may not be possible due to disasters, traffic conditions, etc.
  • If you want to cancel a pickup, please contact Customer Service Center (0120-17-9625, 9am-6pm, 365 days a year).

How to pickup parcels

Before visiting the designated TA-Q-BIN Delivery Center, please use the parcel tracking system to confirm that the delivery status is "Waiting for Customer Pickup."

Items to bring to the Yamato Transport Sales Office
For intended recipients Identity document (residence card, driver's license, health insurance card, student ID card, passport, employee ID card, credit card, ATM card, etc.)
For agents For family members: Identity document of the person going to receive the parcel
For friends, etc.: Identity document of the intended recipient (copies are accepted)

Storage period

For 2 days area, the arrival day and period of selection will be extended for 1 day.

For general parcels: Maximum 7 days including the day of arrival.
For chilled / frozen type: Maximum 3 days including the selected date. However, the period available for selection is maximum 3 days from the day of shipping.

Precautions

  • The times and days on which parcels can be received differ by Sales Office. For more informations, please check the web page of the desired Sales Office.
  • If the intended recipient does not come to receive the package within 1 week of arrival, the parcel may be returned to the sender.
  • As a general rule, all parcels addressed to the recipient which have arrived at the Sales Office must be received.
  • Parcel cannot be transferred including home address. Please pickup the parcel at the sales office.
