If you bring your luggage to a Sales Office in Tokyo by 11:00, you will be able to pick it up at the TA-Q-BIN Counter in Haneda Airport between 17:00 and 23:00 (*21:00 for domestic flights) on that day.
For a smooth and quick experience, please visit us with plenty of time to spare.
We do not offer same-day delivery to Narita Airport.
Please be aware that operating hours may differ from Google Maps during major holidays such as the New Year period, Golden Week (late April to early May), and Obon (mid-August).

Important Delivery & Baggage Rules
1. Check Your Destination
- NO Delivery to: Private Rentals (Airbnb) & Convenience Stores.
- Alternative: If you have no fixed address, choose a Yamato Sales Office for self-pickup.
- Note: Pick-up is available ONLY during business hours. Please check office hours and holidays in advance.
2. Luggage Value &Damage Policy
- Value Limit: Maximum combined value (bag + contents) is ¥300,000. Higher values cannot be accepted.
- Compensation: Limited to the lesser of actual repair costs or current market value.
- Component Damage: For damaged parts (casters, handles, etc.), only repair costs are covered. Full suitcase replacement costs will not be paid.
