Announcement of Delivery Status for Year-End through New Year holidays

Please note that TA-Q-BIN related delivery delays are occurring in some areas of Japan due to traffic jams, bad weather and the increase of packages.
Therefore, we sincerely apologize for delivery delays and would appreciate it very much if you could kindly entrust your luggage to us one day or a few days earlier than normal.
The period of time expected to be affected:
December 23 (Friday) in 2016 through January 3 (Tuesday) in 2017
