TA-Q-BIN (Delivery Date, Shipping Information)

Q01. Can I specify the time zone for delivery?

  • A1.Select one of the 6 time zones listed below (no additional fees are incurred). Please consult when applying.
  • Before noon, 12 pm-2 pm, 2 pm-4 pm, 4 pm-6 pm, 6 pm-8 pm, 8 pm-9 pm
    • *Time zones which can be selected vary according to destination.

Q02. Can I have a parcel delivered on a birthday/anniversary?

  • A2.You can specify the desired delivery date (no additional fees are incurred). The desired delivery date can be specified for within one week after parcels have been entrusted. Please consult when applying.
    • *In terms of Cool Ta-Q-Bin, maximum 4 days in advance can be specified as the desired date.

Q03. Is next-day delivery possible for regions specified for two-day delivery?

  • A3.Please use TA-Q-BIN Time Service. (Cannot be used in combination with Cool TA-Q-BIN or TA-Q-BIN Collect).
    Also, Express TA-Q-BIN can be used for Cool TA-Q-BIN and TA-Q-BIN Collect when shipping between Kanto and Hokkaido, Kanto to Kyushu, and Kanto to Okinawa.

Q04. How can I check the delivery status of parcels?

Q05. Can I use the search engine Google to check the delivery status?

  • A5.In the Google search box enter “Yamato”, followed by a space, followed by the “tracking number.”
  • Example)
    When “Yamato 999999999999 is entered in the search box and a search is performed, a page is displayed with a link to the delivery status of the parcel. Also, similar to normal inquiries for parcels, a search can be performed using TA-Q-BIN.

Q06. Can I inform the recipient of the scheduled delivery date and time?

  • A6.We offer a Delivery Notice Mail Service.
  • The service can be used by registering (free) for “Kuroneko Members (Japanese) Web Service” on the Yamato Transport homepage. However, it is currently available only in Japanese.

  • A7.We offer a Delivery Notice Mail Service.
  • The service can be used by registering (free) for “Kuroneko Members (Japanese) Web Service” on the Yamato Transport homepage. However, it is currently available only in Japanese.
