Announcement of TA-Q-BIN Delivery during Golden Week

Dear Customers,

Thank you for using Yamato Transport.

During Golden Week period from 27 Apr (Sat) to 6 May (Mon), delivery service will be available as usual. However due to traffic congestions of highways, delivery delay is expected to occur for some areas.

We appreciate if you can send out parcels earlier.

Also, as this year's Golden Week is a long holiday as customers are expected to be absent at home, we kindly ask senders to pay attention to the followings.

  • Please confirm with the receiver regarding the receiving date before sending out the parcel.
  • Please fill in a number which can be reached easily such as cell phone number for both the sender and the receiver.

For customers picking up parcels at TA-Q-BIN centers, in order to shorten the waiting time, please contact below customer service center beforehand.
