Announcement regarding the Change of Reception Deadline of Automatic Phone Service for Same Day Redelivery Request

Thank you for using Yamato Transport.

In order to provide sustainable service quality and working environment, the reception deadline of automatic phone service for same day redelivery request will be changed from 18 September, 2018 (Tuesday).

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    • *For same day redelivery request made by contacting a customer service center, the reception deadline will remain the same as 18:00.
