By when should I send my goods?＋
Please send your goods up to 2 days (3 days in some areas) before the reservation date.
The time limit differs depending on the sales office. Please contact the nearest sales office or our sales drivers.
Golf and Ski TA-Q-BIN is a service to deliver items to golf courses or ski resorts by the day before the reservation date.
- *Please take note that you cannot select the designated time in the Golf and Ski TA-Q-BIN service
Do I need to put a cover on my goods?＋
Yes. When sending the goods, you need to put a special cover (charged).
As the special cover is prepared by Yamato Transport, please place an order with us.
- *You can pack your traveling bag in a cardboard box.
Can I receive a round-trip discount?＋
As a round-trip discount, you can receive a 100 JPY discount per parcel for the return trip.
Please take note that you need to pay the rate for the return trip when sending the goods for the outward trip.
Is it possible to send golf bags to locations other than golf courses?＋
Yes. We accept the same golf bag sizes as Golf TA-Q-BIN.
Is it possible to send ski (snowboard) equipment to locations other than ski resorts and lodging facilities?＋
Yes. We accept the same equipment sizes as Ski TA-Q-BIN.
