By when should I hand you my ski equipment and luggage? |

We will deliver your equipment and luggage to a ski resort or hotel the day before you ski. Please hand them to us by the "Delivery Deadline Time", which is two days before the day you are going to ski. In some areas, the "Delivery Deadline Time" is three days before the day you are going to ski. Please note that the Six Time-Zone Delivery Service is not available for delivery to accommodation such as a ski resort or hotel. |

Can I send my skis/snowboards and boots as one set? |

Sorry, it is not possible. Skis, snowboards and boots should be sent separately. In one bag, always only one set of ski boards or one set of snowboards can be sent. |
