How is the size of a package measured? |
| |
|
The size (the total of length, width and height) and the weight are compared, then the bigger size of the two will be applied. (example: When the total of length, width and height is 70 cm and the weight is 9kg, it is treated as 100 size). |

If you bring in your package to our service office, agency or convenience store, we will give a 100-yen discount per package. |

If you send two or more packages to a single destination at the same time, 100 yen will be deducted per package . "Multiple Packages Discount Service" is only applicable for prepaid Takkyubin. (This service is not available for: Airport Takkyubin, Golf Takkyubin, Ski Takkyubin or Round Trip Takkyubin). |

When using Round Trip Takkyubin, Bring-in Discount (100 yen) is applied and an additional 100 yen is discounted from the returning fee. |

Sorry, we do not. But we do offer a Six Time-Zone Delivery Service (*No extra charge). Your package can be kept one week in advance. (This service is not available for Cool Takkyubin). |
