*	The upper limit size is within 160cm for the total of length, width and height and the weight is up to 25kg.
*	The total maximum liability of Worldwide Delivery Service is 200,000 yen. However, when the price of goods is not described clearly in the address label, the total maximum liability is assumed to be 17SDR per kg.
*	Packages addressed to c/o to school, to the post-office box, c/o to the hotel and the lodge cannot be handled.

*	Please note that there may be a delivery delay or undeliverable package(s) because of package state, customer clearance condition or weather, etc.
*	Please note because of changes in sendable items and items that used to be able to send as document, a service may be cancelled due to a country's state without prior notice.

*	Size (cm) is the total of length, width and height added together.
*	The upper limit of "Document package" is within B4 size for length and width, and the weight is up to 1kg (2.2 lb).
*	When either the size (cm) or weight exceeds the limit, the oversized one is treated as Size.

-	Only FREIGHT PREPAID is accepted. FREIGHT COLLECT is not available.

Various Fees like Tariff etc.

When sending a package to a foreign country, there is a case when various fees like tariff etc. may be charged at the destination country. Usually, it is (1) paid by the receiver. However, (2) paid by the shipper or (3) is available for option.

(1)	Paid by the receiver - the receiver pays when a package is delivered.
(2)	Adjustment at later date - It is billed to the shipper (for registered customer only)
(3)	Prepaid by the shipper - Shipper pays in cash when a package is collected.

Please note that 1,500 yen handling fee is charged when (2) or (3) is used.

Invoice

Invoice is a certificate of freight contents prepared by a shipper that is necessary when shipping items to a foreign country (invoice is not necessary for document freight). 3 invoices are necessary.

*	In case of Excel file, it is possible to input directly on the Excel document. Microsoft® Excel is necessary.
*	In case of PDF file, Adobe Reader (Freeware) is necessary.

*	Please note that if necessary documents are not attached to a shipment, the import procedure in the destination cannot be completed. It can be on hold at Customs, returned at the expense of shipper or discarded.
