Precautions
- Compared to regular TA-Q-BIN, one additional day is required for Golf TA-Q-BIN, Ski TA-Q-BIN, Airport TA-Q-BIN and Round Trip TA-Q-BIN for accommodation facilities.
Please request delivery of parcels so that they arrive one day prior to the intended date of usage. - Pickup and delivery on the specified dates and times may not be possible due to disasters, traffic conditions, etc.
- If you want to cancel a pickup. please contact Customer Service Center (0120-67-9625, 9am-6pm, 365days a year).
