How to Pack Your Parcel
Deliverable Parcels and Packing Material
Only properly packed parcels can be delivered.
Please use special covers for golf bags and skis, special boxes for wine and Japanese sake bottles, as well as special boxes/envelopes for precision instruments and fragile items for delivery.
- Cardboard is highly shock-absorbent, making it ideal for packing to prevent damage to liquor and other bottled products.
* We offer Japanese Sake Boxes and Bottle Boxes made of cardboard (packing materials).
- Air caps are highly effective in preventing abrasion, making them ideal for packing outer casings, ceramics and the like.
Sizes and Weights
Maximum size is when the combined total of the length, width, and height (A+B+C) is 160 cm.
The maximum weight is 25 kg.
- 1 inch = 2.5 cm
- 1 feet = 30 cm
Maximum size is when the combined total of the length, width, and height (A+B+C) is 120 cm.
The maximum weight is 15 kg.

Refrigerated service → At least 6 hours at 10 degrees C (50 degrees F) or less
Frozen service → At least 12 hours at -15 degrees C (5 degrees F) or less
