  • A 100 JPY discount is applied to parcels brought to sales offices or TA-Q-BIN Agencies.

  • A4.Please use a special shipping label for cash on delivery. Please consult with us when applying.
  • These labels are available at all Kuroneko Yamato sales offices, general TA-Q-BIN Agencies, and convenience stores.

Q05. How can I avoid the inconvenience of writing shipping labels?

  • A5.Yamato offers a system for printing shipping labels by entering information on a computer.
  • The service can be used by registering (free) for “Kuroneko Members (Japanese) Web Service” on the Yamato Transport homepage. However, it is currently available only in Japanese.

    • *Payment by credit card for products ordered using TA-Q-BIN Collect (payment on delivery) may be available depending on the details of the sender's agreement.
